1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

• Account information — name, email address, phone number, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Gameplay data — game history, LC Coin balance, wins, and transaction records.
• Payment information — payments are processed by our licensed payment providers (Paystack and Flutterwave). We never see or store your full card details. To process your payment or withdrawal, we share your name, email address, phone number, and transaction details with the provider handling the transaction.
• Withdrawal details — bank account information you provide so we can pay your winnings.
• Technical data — device, browser, IP address, and usage logs used to keep the platform secure.
• Identity verification documents — if you request a username correction or certain account changes, support may ask you to upload a photo or PDF of a valid ID through the User Ticket portal. Uploaded documents are watermarked "LastCard Game Use Only", stored securely, and visible only to authorised admin staff. They are used solely to verify account ownership and are never shared with third parties or used for any other purpose.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and game sessions.
• To process coin purchases, gameplay, and withdrawals.
• To operate the agent referral programme and pay agent rewards.
• To send essential account emails (verification, receipts, security alerts).
• To prevent fraud, collusion, and abuse of the platform.

4. What We Never Do

• We never sell your personal data to anyone.
• We never store your card numbers — payments go directly through our licensed payment processor.
• We never share your bank details except to process withdrawals you request.

5. Data Security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised systems and personnel only.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account and transaction records for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax, and anti-fraud obligations.

You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate details, or ask us to delete your account by emailing lastcard@fastlinkit.com or by opening a ticket in the User Ticket portal. When an account is deleted, everything linked to it is permanently removed — profile, tickets, messages, uploaded documents, wallet, and game history. Note that we may need to retain certain transaction records for legal reasons.

8. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising trackers.

9. Age Restriction

LastCard Game involves real-money play and is strictly for players aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
