TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or playing on LastCard Game (fastlinkit.com), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must provide accurate registration details (name, email, phone number).
• One person, one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.

3. LC Coins

• LC Coins are the in-game currency used to enter games. 1 LC Coin = ₦10.
• Coins are purchased securely through our payment provider (Paystack) and credited instantly.
• Coins may also be received through agent allocation or promotional bonuses (e.g. referral rewards).
• Promotional/bonus coins are granted once per qualifying event and cannot be claimed repeatedly.

4. Gameplay

• LastCard follows the classic Naija Whot rules published on the site.
• Cheating, collusion, use of bots, or exploitation of bugs is strictly prohibited and leads to account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• If a game is interrupted by a technical fault on our side, affected stakes will be reviewed and fairly refunded.

5. Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ₦1,000.
• A ₦200 bank charge applies to each withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are paid to the bank account details you provide; make sure they are correct — we are not responsible for payments to wrongly entered accounts.
• We may verify your identity before processing large withdrawals.

6. Agent Programme

• Approved agents earn LC Coin rewards for referred users' first qualifying coin purchase or allocation, as published in the referral rules.
• Referral links expire after the period shown on the link creation page.
• Self-referral, fake accounts, or reward abuse leads to removal from the programme and forfeiture of rewards.
• The 100,000 LC Mega Prize is awarded to agents who reach 1,000 confirmed referred users within 4 months of joining the programme, per the published rules.

7. Accounts & Security

• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or chargebacks.

8. Fair Use & Liability

• The platform is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it online and fair, but we are not liable for losses caused by your own device, network, or factors outside our control.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.

9. Responsible Play

Play for fun, not as a source of income. Set a budget and stick to it. If you feel your play is becoming a problem, contact us at lastcard@fastlinkit.com about a self-exclusion.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
